OIPC Kwa'mutsun Divisional Seat is conducting an interim review of the complaint received regarding the BC Teachers Contract Dispute; in particular, with respect to the Tripartism issues, of which, apparently, you have been previously apprised.

The Complainant's submission refers to an argued prerequisite upon Crown British Columbia Canada to enter into Free, Prior, Informed Consent with Original indigenous Peoples of the relevant non-treatied territories; per the United Nations compliancy dictates; and, Custom Law.

The BCTF is captured within this complaint of joint-and-several duties of care by virtue of your incorporation into the Crown BC Canada statutes as related to organized labour entities.

The Kwa'mutsun Nation 2013 complaint to the United Nations regarding the challenge to the claim of rightful credentials as a state nation by Crown Canada is proceeding to the UN Security Council under the Charter, Chapter VII provisions.

Therefore, the BCTF is - with this final NOTICE - encouraged to provide information  to the BCPSEA & the mediation officer Vince Ready that no negotiations shall proceed in the absence of Original indigenous Peoples Tripartite attendance; namely, that Kwa'mutsun Nation Head of State Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem, shall attend.

Your forthwith compliance with these directives are urged with the utmost of sincerity through the Gus Wen Tah / Peace Trust Friendship of Two Row Wampum that has existed in Turtle Island North since time began; and, has been recognized internationally since 1613 with European nations; and, for 3000 years before that by Asian envoys.
